Full hail-claim re-roof in Ventana Ranch
1.5-inch hail in June 2024 left bruising on every slope, cracked vent caps, and shredded the AC fins. The carrier's initial scope only paid for a partial repair on the south slope.
Corrales tile re-set without losing the original tile
1990s adobe with original clay barrel tile and decaying felt underlayment. Multiple monsoon leaks at valleys and around chimney. Tile itself was structurally fine — the underlayment had failed.
Nob Hill flat-roof TPO over a 1940s adobe
1940s adobe with two failed modified bitumen roofs and chronic ponding water on the southwest quadrant. Previous coatings had blistered. AC bills were brutal.
Standing-seam metal on a Placitas desert ranch
Custom desert ranch on an exposed ridge — 60+ mph sustained winds in spring and severe UV. Previous architectural shingles had failed in 11 years. Multiple roof penetrations for solar and skylights.
Historic Santa Fe parapet rebuild + cool-roof modbit
Adobe home in Santa Fe historic district — required materials approved by historic review board. Parapets were cracking and pulling away from the roof field. Active leak at the southwest corner.
