Insurance on file

Written scope, plain-English contract
Every engagement starts with a one-page agreement. What we'll inspect, what the report includes, what we don't do, delivery timeline, and the flat fee. No auto-renewals, no arbitration clauses, no AOB.
Refund policy
If we can't complete the inspection safely (unsafe pitch without lift access, active weather, unsafe attic entry), you pay nothing. If the report is late, the tier fee is refunded. If you're not satisfied after reading it, we'll rework or refund — your call.
Independent-inspector standards
We don't sell or install roofs. Matching is based on roof system, budget, warranty needs, and timeline — not on contractor marketing spend. Our primary revenue is inspection and report fees paid directly by the homeowner or their attorney/adjuster.
What you sign, in plain English.
Named roof at the property address, exterior + attic where accessible, plus any specifically requested add-ons (leak diagnosis, thermal scan, etc.).
Flat, quoted before booking. Paid at scheduling. No hidden add-ons, no travel fees inside metro NM.
PDF emailed within the tier's stated turnaround (48 hrs / 72 hrs / 5–10 days). Late = fee refunded.
No sales pressure, no AOB, no direct dealings with your insurance carrier without written authorization, and no matching based on contractor marketing spend.
Photos and findings belong to you. We keep a copy for our records; we don't sell or share it. Attorneys and adjusters can request chain-of-custody documentation on Expert tier.
No mandatory arbitration. NM small-claims court, homeowner's choice of venue within NM.
