The Homeowner Promise.
Six things I owe every New Mexico homeowner who hires me. If I break one of them, you have grounds to say so publicly — and I'll refund what you paid.
Every shop on my bench has been vetted for license status, insurance minimums, complaint history, and callback rate. If a bench contractor slips, they come off.
If a matched bench contractor pays a flat referral fee, you'll see it before you pick a contractor. The fee is fixed — it doesn't scale with scope or price — so it can't change what I recommend. Homeowner fees are still my primary revenue. Full policy at /compensation-disclosure.
Document the error within 30 days of delivery — I'll refund 100% without argument. Details on the refund page.
High-pressure sales, changing prices, or ignoring the scope of work are removal offenses. Two shops have already come off for exactly this.
Most NM roofs get replaced 5–10 years early. If a repair, recoat, or maintenance plan is the right call, that's what the report will say — even if it costs me the follow-on work.
Take it to any contractor, any insurer, any buyer. I don't gate it, resell it, or hand it to my bench without your written OK.
How to hold me to this.
Two pages every homeowner should read before hiring anyone — including me.
