Program description

Roof Doctor NM, LLC operates a customer-service SMS program to send appointment reminders, report-ready notifications, weather-related reschedule alerts, and brief follow-ups tied to a booking you have requested.

Opt-in

You opt in by checking the SMS box on the booking form or by texting START to (505) 595-7203. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Roof Doctor NM at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Typical volume is 2–6 messages per booking (confirmation, day-before reminder, arrival window, report ready, and one follow-up). Storm and reschedule alerts may add 1–2 additional messages during severe weather events.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan. Roof Doctor NM does not charge for SMS.

Opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to any Roof Doctor NM SMS and you will receive one final confirmation. You can rejoin at any time by texting START. Reply HELP for support or email roofdoctornm@gmail.com.

Supported carriers

All major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
