What our reports are — and are not.
Reports and scopes are professional opinions based on visual inspection performed at a point in time. They are not warranties, insurance policies, engineering certifications, or guarantees of future performance.
Roof conditions change with weather, occupancy, and time. A report accurately describes the roof on the day of inspection and does not guarantee condition beyond that date.
Concealed conditions (under decking, inside walls, or behind finished surfaces) cannot be evaluated in a visual inspection and are expressly excluded unless specified in a written add-on scope.
Our total liability for any report is capped at the fee paid for that report. Venue for any dispute is Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
