- No. You own the scope and the report. Take them anywhere. Most homeowners use our matched bench because bids come back faster and cleaner, but there is no lock-in.
- We may receive a flat referral fee from some vetted contractors — disclosed in writing before we introduce you. It never changes your bid price and we don't upcharge scopes to inflate jobs.
- 2–3 per scope. More than three is noise; fewer than two removes the point of comparing. Small repairs sometimes come back as a single bidder if they're the best fit for the tier.
- Text me. I pull them from the roster for your job and re-match. That's the whole point of an independent inspector holding the bench accountable.
