Manufacturer product knowledge
In-person trainings we've attended across NM and the Southwest — with per-brand install-spec notes and inspector red flags. Owner-attested attendance; most manufacturers don't issue individual certificates for product-knowledge sessions.
Why this matters: Every manufacturer publishes a specific install-and-flashing spec required for the warranty to stay valid. Contractors don't always follow it. When we inspect your roof (or a bid), we check the roof against the actual manufacturer spec — not "how it's usually done."
