Roof Doctor NM
Free on-site visit · Paid written report

Yes, the roof inspection is free. Here's the honest catch.

Everywhere in New Mexico. We walk your roof, drone it, look in the attic, and give you the verbal findings on the spot — no charge. The paid part is the written report. That's the deliverable we exist to produce, and it's what keeps us independent.

Why we can promise "free" and mean it.

Every other "free roof inspection" ad in New Mexico is a sales visit — the inspector only gets paid if they sell you a new roof. That's the bait-and-switch we exist to fix. We don't install or repair roofs, and our report fee is what keeps us aligned with homeowners. If we introduce a contractor, any referral arrangement is disclosed up front and you choose who bids. If you never buy a report, we drove out for free and that's fine. New Mexicans have been getting ripped off by roofing companies for long enough.

Inspection and contractor help are free — you only pay if you want the written report ($149+). (505) 595-7203
