"Just charge my insurance the max."
Inflating a claim is insurance fraud. It's a felony for you and a license loss for us. We only bill what the scope actually justifies.
"Can you just sub it out?"
We are the crew. If you want a broker who hands your roof to whoever's cheapest that week, that's not us.
"We're two hours south — can you drive?"
If we can't be back on site within 30 minutes of a warranty call, we're not a good fit. We stay inside our service area.
"Skip the underlayment to save money."
That's how roofs fail in year 6 instead of year 25. We won't build one that way, even if you sign a waiver.
"Match this storm-chaser's price."
If it's below material cost + local labor, someone is cutting corners. We'll show you our math. If our number is higher, that's why.

We don't do same-day pressure quotes. A real inspection takes 45–90 minutes and deserves a thoughtful proposal, not a napkin number.
