- 48 hours from inspection for Snapshot and Standard. Comprehensive and Expert/Litigation reports can take 3–7 days depending on lab pulls, code lookups, and photo annotation depth.
- Yes. The Expert/Litigation tier follows HAAG methodology with test squares, directional damage evidence, and Xactimate-formatted line items. It's yours to hand to your adjuster, PA, or attorney. We don't represent you to the carrier.
