20 years in every seat a New Mexico roofing company has.
The document credible inspectors publish instead of chasing letter-soup titles. Every role, every material, every certification — with issuer verification where it applies.
Former Operations Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager at $10–25M/yr NM roofing companies. HAAG, IKO, GAF, and FAA Part 107 trained.
Independent since 2026 — I don't sell roofs, I sell reports.
- · 20+ years in NM roofing
- · Independent since 2026
- · Every leadership seat: Estimator → Ops → Sales → GM
- · Every NM roofing material: asphalt, tile, foam, TPO, EPDM, modbit, standing seam
- · HAAG · IKO · GAF · FAA Part 107 trained
- · Coverage: general liability + E&O (COI on request)
Every role, in order.
- · Full P&L for the roofing division — hiring, vendor negotiation, warranty spend, and safety program.
- · Reviewed and signed every proposal over $25K; ran weekly production and sales meetings.
- · Owned the warranty desk end-to-end — the exact place where install shortcuts surface 2–5 years later.
- · Trained estimators on scope-writing, storm documentation, and adjuster negotiation language.
- · Personally scoped 400+ insurance and retail roof projects across residential and small commercial.
- · Built the pricing model still in use for asphalt, tile, TPO, and modbit re-roof estimates.
- · Directed production for shingle, tile, foam, TPO, and modbit crews across the Albuquerque metro.
- · Owned material forecasting, crew scheduling, safety compliance, and the callback list.
- · The seat where I learned exactly what an install-day corner-cut looks like on a finished roof.
- · Walked, measured, and documented thousands of NM roofs across every material and pitch.
- · Learned the HAAG grading conventions insurance adjusters were trained on.
- · Ran drone documentation, moisture readings, and IR scans before they were table stakes here.
What I inspect — plain English.
Asphalt shingle, tile, metal, flat & low-slope systems for NM homes.
TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and tar & gravel — small commercial + multi-family.
Post-storm documentation graded on the HAAG scale carriers recognize.
Adjuster-ready reports, photo evidence, and scope alignment with policy language.
Chimney, skylight, wall-to-roof, and penetration analysis where most leaks start.
When a roof failed under warranty, who's responsible and what's the paper trail.
FAA Part 107 remote pilot — safe imaging of steep, tall, or damaged planes.
Realtor-friendly reports that close deals instead of blowing them up.
Written condition reports formatted for HOA architectural committees.
Third-party verification before you accept the final draw.
Confirming the fix matches the scope you paid for.
Multi-property landlords and small commercial operators — bulk pricing.
Every credential I claim, with the issuer.

Twenty-plus years inside New Mexico roofing shops — estimating, production, warranty, and management. That experience is what shapes every report: what an NM roof should look like at 5, 10, 20 years, and what corners tend to get cut on install day.
HAAG Engineering wrote the storm-damage assessment methodology that most insurance adjusters were trained on. HAAG-trained means we grade hail, wind, and fatigue damage on the same scale a carrier will.
General liability protects you from anything that could go wrong on-site. Errors & omissions coverage protects you from anything that could be wrong in the report. Certificate of insurance is provided at booking.
FAA Part 107 is the federal license required to fly a drone for commercial purposes. It's how we document the roof planes and valleys nobody's safely walking without a lift — every image is geo-tagged in the report.
Two decades inside New Mexico roofing companies before going independent — including estimating, production, and warranty. We know what a real scope of work should include and what's usually padded.
Bench contractors are matched based on your roof system, budget, warranty needs, and timeline. When a matched contractor is hired, they may pay a flat, disclosed referral fee — it never varies with scope or price, and it's disclosed to you in writing before you pick a contractor. Homeowner inspection fees are our primary revenue.
Certifications actively being earned.
These are listed as in-progress until an issuing body confirms them. Each entry moves to the verified block above the day the credential is granted.
