Albuquerque
Northeast Heights
The Heights is our largest single neighborhood — we work it weekly. Most homes are due for architectural-shingle upgrades from worn-out 3-tab.
North Valley
Lots of older adobe here. We specialize in flat-roof re-pitching and parapet rebuilds without losing the original character.
Nob Hill
Tight street access, historic style, and stacked old roofing layers. We're set up for it — small dumpsters, careful tear-off, modern TPO or modbit assemblies that look right on a 1930s home.
Westside / Ventana Ranch / Petroglyph
Lots of fresh hail claims out here. Builder-grade shingles in tract neighborhoods are hitting end-of-life right when storm damage piles up.
South Valley
We do a lot of restoration-cost coating work here that keeps roofs alive 10+ more years for a fraction of replacement. Honest scoping matters.
Foothills & High Desert
Wind is real up here — we tighten fastener schedules and spec wind-rated assemblies. Metal makes a lot of sense for homes staying long-term.
High Desert
High Desert ARC is one of the strictest in the metro. We keep pre-approved color samples on the truck and prep the packet before your first submission.
Four Hills
Four Hills is aging fast. Most homes we inspect here are on their second-generation roof and due again.
Downtown / EDo
Downtown means small crews, careful tear-off, and TPO or modbit assemblies that hold up without wrecking the historic look.
Uptown
Lots of townhomes and condo associations near Uptown. We coordinate multi-unit tear-offs so neighbors aren't fighting over dumpster placement.
Sandia Heights
Sandia Heights lots come with wind, sun, and fire exposure the rest of ABQ doesn't see. We spec for all three.
Rio Rancho
Cabezon
Cabezon takes wind hard. We spec 130mph wind-rated shingle systems on every re-roof here, no upcharge.
Enchanted Hills
We've re-roofed dozens of original Enchanted Hills homes. Adding proper ridge venting on the re-roof drops cooling bills measurably.
Loma Colorado
Loma Colorado is peak tract Rio Rancho. Original builder shingles are done, and most homes have active insurance claims from recent hail.
Cabezon
Cabezon's wind exposure eats builder-grade shingles. We upsize nail counts and use enhanced-adhesive shingles standard here.
Enchanted Hills
Enchanted Hills homes came with minimal ventilation. We usually add ridge vents during replacement — pays back on cooling bills.
Santa Fe
Eldorado at Santa Fe
Eldorado's flat roofs age differently than ABQ's — colder, more freeze-thaw. We spec thicker membranes and reinforced parapet caps.
Las Campanas
Las Campanas is high-end custom work. We estimate slower, spec better, and prep the ARC packet twice.
Canyon Road / Eastside
Historic Santa Fe means Historic District Review Board approval. We've done the packet — earth-tone caps, no visible modern flashings, careful tear-off.
Midtown Santa Fe
Midtown Santa Fe is a workhorse neighborhood — modest homes, honest budgets. Shingle-flat combos are our bread and butter here.
